three things come to my mind:
1.: You could contact the women from photolocation (see posting: http://www.shapeshifters.net/susi/stories/25/.
2.: As far as I remember there were parties in a parking garage in the 16th district several years ago - it is a building at the corner Grundsteingasse and Kirchstettengasse. But I do not know if it is still a location for parties.
3. The roof of the city bibliothek (Hauptbücherei) on the Gürtel is nice as well.
