"Hotspots" and "Sensory Branding" Podcasts
I first encountered these podcasts earlier this year whilst looking for a topic for my dissertation. I found them incredibly interesting and I think people managing teams or starting up their own companies will find them particulalry useful.
Lynda Grattons podcast is about "Hotspots" or "Hotstreaks." She uses real world examples to focus on how companies can create teams that buzz with energy and innovation through a cooperative mindset, working across boundaries and points of ignition.
Martin Lindstrom's podcast on "Sensory Branding" explores how some brands use
our full range of senses to promote products. His examples focus on big multinational brands, but i think a lot of his points are relevant to people who want to create their own companies and product. If anything it will at least make you think about their overall presentation and your company's touch points.
Hope some of you find this useful
