seems to be very nice! i'll defenetly keep it in mind. would be nice to know something about the prices - i couldn't find any on the homepage.

here is what i usually send to people who are interested to stay here:

"....to see the place, go here: http://.ezhelp.us/loft to see all previous guests go here: http://.ezhelp.us/loft/people [work in progress!!] >> it's a shared loft [we share the bathroom], and of course you can use the rest of the loft, [we DON'T serve breakfast, but guests are welcome to use the kitchen, the guest computer + printer/wireless internet/local phone etc...]

price is room/$135/night/person or room/$190/night/2 persons, ALL TAXES INCLUDED.

special arrangements can be made for large[r] groups/special activities.

we also have a cat and 2 doves, in case someone is allergic, and we are sensitive to perfume and hairspray, so please use it only outside the loft; also be aware that we are on the 4th floor [the elevator can be used only for luggage]. Please be also aware that sometimes there might a photo shoot/yoga class or a similar event take place in the common/shared area of the loft...."
