Hi,
in Germany there exist two good ideas:
an organisation called Contigo, which is very efficient in marketing in own shops.
Their concept: Bring the following together:
- Coffeebar, where you can set and and discuss
- own coffee roaster, the coffee from this old fashioned method smells much more and is therefore interesting
- All products sold are available with a good possibility of choice. Therefore the shops develop an own expertise not only by fair trade, but that people go there because e.g. they know they will find a good selection of ornamets or hommocks
The second concept is transfair, which is a pure labelling organisation. Big stores can lable gooods with transfair. Through this system transfair products made their way into German supermarkets
