vienna rooftop

is anyone aware of a larger rooftop in vienna? we are looking for an adequate spaces for sophisticated parties and events

would be thankful for any help

Hi Lukas,

three things come to my mind:
1.: You could contact the women from photolocation (see posting: http://www.shapeshifters.net/susi/stories/25/.
2.: As far as I remember there were parties in a parking garage in the 16th district several years ago - it is a building at the corner Grundsteingasse and Kirchstettengasse. But I do not know if it is still a location for parties.
3. The roof of the city bibliothek (Hauptbücherei) on the Gürtel is nice as well.

thanks susi. do you know who organized the parties in 16th district?

besides we are also looking for cool picknick-friendly large greens for outdoor filmscreenings

unfortunately I do not know that.
The people from Soho Ottakring would probably know it or maybe the
Gebietsbetreuung Ottakring is even better.

* somewhere in vienna (1, 4, 7, 8, 9, distrct)
* capacity 200pp
* green
* parts of it open air, parts in building
