Hi Peter,

thank you so much for this. The Unperfekthaus is a fantastic idea. Space is a big issue for creatives in general, your introduction here could be a role model for a lot of cities and communities etc. It is just great that it exists and that you made this information available to all of us here at Shapeshifters.
