Free/inexpensive places to stay at in Paris

Hello world,

I'll be going to Paris to work on the accessories show for amazing designer of Much2Much jewelry (check it out: http://www.much2much.net) .

Does anyone know any free or inexpensive places to stay at in the center of Paris. The show is near the Louvre. This would be for two people between Feb 26th and March 5th.

NB: A swap is possible with a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Long Island City in New York. The apartment is near PS1 museums. (Art lovers: These are the days Whitney Biennial opens!)

Hi Sasha,

I can recommend two not so expensive hotels in Paris, the Hotel Vivienne is next to the Paris stock exchange, the Hotel Pratic is next to the beautiful quarter Marais. Both hotels have two stars, but they are really ok and very well located. Hope it helps, best
